Initial response for removal of flood water, leak stoppage, and other emergency repairs.
Provide damage inspection reports pertaining to any heating, cooling, or plumbing appliances. The inspection verifies equipment functionality and extent of damage with corroborating pictures. We then provide detailed Scope of Damage and Cause of Loss reports.
Prepare written quotes for equipment replacement or repair as required.
Removal and disposal of damaged equipment, or removal of good equipment for replacement after building repairs/renovations are complete. (If required, storage of good equipment while repairs are undertaken.)
Installation of new heating, cooling, or plumbing systems as required.
Work completion reports, which are ultimately required by the insurance company.
